THE VAULT AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Last updated: April 2026These terms govern your participation in The Vault’s affiliate (referral) program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Program Overview
The Vault Affiliate Program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to thevaultfootball.com. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link. When a customer purchases through that link, the Affiliate earns a commission.
2. Commission Structure
$10.00 USD flat rate per confirmed sale, regardless of product price at the time of purchase.
Commissions are earned on completed purchases only. Refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commission. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not permitted and will not be credited.
3. Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate referrals are tracked via cookies placed when a visitor clicks your unique affiliate link. The tracking cookie duration is 30 days. If a visitor makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is attributed to you. Attribution follows a last-click model: if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit.
4. Payouts
Commissions are processed biweekly via Wise transfer to the account provided by the Affiliate at signup. The minimum payout threshold is $30.00 USD. If your balance is below $30, it rolls over to the next payout cycle. All payouts are made in USD. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate Wise account details at the time of signup or by emailing hello@thevaultfootball.com.
Prologo Solarengo LDA reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with refunded or fraudulent orders.
5. Affiliate Conduct
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote The Vault honestly and accurately. Not misrepresent the product, its contents, or its pricing. Not use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising to generate referrals. Not bid on branded search terms (“The Vault,” “The Vault Football,” “thevaultfootball”) in paid search campaigns. Not create fake reviews, misleading testimonials, or impersonate The Vault brand. Not use cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any form of fraudulent click generation.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use The Vault’s name, logo, and approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting products through the affiliate program. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent any Vault branding. All intellectual property, including the Argentina 1990 novel, video saga, soundtrack, illustrations, and portal design, remains the exclusive property of Prologo Solarengo LDA.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days. The Vault reserves the right to terminate affiliates immediately for breach of these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.
8. Relationship
Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, contractors, or agents of Prologo Solarengo LDA. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax obligations arising from commissions earned.
9. Liability
The Vault’s total liability under this program is limited to the unpaid commissions owed to the Affiliate at the time of any claim. Prologo Solarengo LDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Modifications
Prologo Solarengo LDA reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via the email address provided at signup. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
