• Our products (ebooks, soundtracks, videos, and related digital content) are delivered electronically.
• After purchase, you will receive access and login instructions to your private streaming portal via email.
• Delivery times may vary depending on technical factors, but portal access is generally instant upon successful payment.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If you encounter a technical problem or wish to utilize the guarantee, please contact us at support@thevaultfootball.com. Upon refund, your access to the private streaming portal will be immediately revoked.
